Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991

"Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991" of India, a law that essentially freezes the religious character of any place of worship as it existed on August 15, 1947, preventing any future conversion of religious sites, aiming to avoid communal conflicts over disputed religious places, particularly in the aftermath of the Ayodhya controversy. Why indian Lower courts are not obeying / following "Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991" India ? Are the judges of lower courts , believe in RSS Hindutava Ideology that is against Muslims and Islam ? Why Indian Supreme Court not taking action against those civil judges , who are not following "Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 1991" of India? Why these judges of lower indian courts are behaving as RSS Hindutava agents and inciting communal and religious conflicts by allowing illegal Survey of mosque or other places of worship, between Muslim and Hindu communities ? Why Indian police and administration supporting RSS Hindutava agents Hindu Goons every where in India and allowing them to do violence in Muslim areas. Why indian Police directly firing on Muslims and killing Muslim youth without any proper justification ? We strongly condemn these illegal acts by indian Judiciary, police and administration against Muslim Community. Indian Supreme Court and Government must take notice on it and ensure safety of Muslim Community and Muslim worship places by all means.

Thanks to Almighty Allah  that Government and Pak Army has been able to  celebrate Pakistan day 23rd March after 7 years  and we extend our heartiest congratulation to the  all stakeholders of Pakistan.
