KASHMIR DISPUTE BETWEEN PAKISTAN & INDIA
SINCE 14 AUGUST 1947, THE DAY OF PARTITION

UNO Security Council Resolutions # 38, 39, 47, 51 of year 1948 and 80, 91, 96 of year 1950 and 98 of year 1952, which are related with DISPUTED territory of  Jammu & Kashmir and were adopted to find out Peaceful settlement of Jammu & Kashmir Issue Between Pakistan and India upon their claim on Jammu and Kashmir. Main function of these resolutions were adopted and agreed by India, Pakistan and UN Security Council and this function was a “free, fair & impartial Plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir under UNO Umbrella (arrangements)”.

It is history’s biggest blunder and dishonesty by India that she refused to accept these above mentioned UNSC Resolutions for peace in the world and started atrocities / killings in Kashmir. Since 1947 India continuously creates a state of Unrest in Indo-Pak subcontinent. Indian Forces killed thousands (More Than 200000) Innocent Kashmiri people who were demanding their Justified Right of Self Determination since 1947 In Jammu & Kashmir.
To settle the Issue on Request of India, UNO Security Council adopted Resolutions # 38, 39, 47, 51 of year 1948 and 80, 91, 96 of year 1950 and 98 of year 1952, These Resolutions unanimously  “Recommends to the Governments of India and Pakistan the following measures as those which in the opinion of the Security Council are APPROPRIATE to bring about a cessation of the fighting and
"TO  CREATE  PROPER  CONDITIONS  FOR  A  FREE  AND IMPARTIAL  PLEBISCITE  TO  DECIDE  WHETHER  THE  STATE OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR  IS  TO  ACCEDE  TO  INDIA OR PAKISTAN."
It is a matter of deep concern, If UN Security Council has ordered to hold Plebiscite in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Why Pakistan and the World community is not Pressing India to come on  Plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir ?
If people of Jammu & Kashmir are protesting for Freedom, Why India Posing them as terrorist in the world and committing atrocities / killings on  protest of people of Kashmir ???.
Shame on world community that they are not listening the voice of  Kashmir, rather accepting Indian false stance on rejecting of UNSC resolutions.
Why India not coming on table to manage Plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir (For Completion of 1947 Partition plan of India and peace in Sub Continent) to honor UN Resolutions.
World Community must Force India to Stop further torturer / killing / wounding / blinding the Kashmiri people and work for (arrange Plebiscite) peace save 15 million Kashmiri residents in the Indo-Pak Region. Help People of Kashmir for self determination.

A MARVELOUS PAKISTANI REVOLUTION

It was first ever in Pakistan when all the corners of the country and classes , provinces , tribes, clans, Peoples were found united, PAKISTAN-ISM WAS FOUND AT ITS PEAK . ALL THE COUNTRY SHOWED and Observed A MARVELOUS UNITY. Thanx, Shahid Afridi, Team Pakistan, WC 2011. It was a trailer of ”REVOLUTION” UNITY AND LOVE , THE NATION WAS united and enjoying and forget their all differences. There ware no differences among them, WOW. ZINDABAD PAKISTAN. Its time to keep,maintain and improve Pakistan through this movement. BECAUSE people of Pakistan wants to get rid if corruption, Bhatta Mafia, black marketing,Demerits, lawlessness, all types of prejudices, religious and territorial fetal differences and they want a peace full Country to live. BE THE PIONEERS OF REVOLUTION IN PAKISTAN AND BUILD PAKISTAN A WORTH LIVING PROSPEROUS AND STRONG COUNTRY OF THE WORLD.

Now Why India Falsely Claims Jammu & Kashmir her integral part. She must accept Kashmir as a disputed territory as per United Resolutions, and India Come on table under UN umbrella for plebiscite in Jammu & Kashmir. India must show enough moral ethics to accept Jammu & Kashmir as a disputed territory according to Pakistan’s Claim and UN Security Council Resolution 1948, To Complete agenda of partition 1947 between Pakistan and India.
