UNO Security Council
Resolutions # 38, 39, 47, 51 of year 1948 and 80, 91, 96 of year 1950 and 98 of
year 1952, which are related with DISPUTED territory of Jammu & Kashmir and were adopted to find
out Peaceful settlement of Jammu & Kashmir Issue Between Pakistan and India
upon their claim on Jammu and Kashmir. Main function of these resolutions were adopted
and agreed by India, Pakistan and UN Security Council and this function was a “free,
fair & impartial Plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir under UNO Umbrella
(arrangements)”.
It is history’s biggest
blunder and dishonesty by India that she refused to accept these above
mentioned UNSC Resolutions for peace in the world and started atrocities / killings
in Kashmir. Since 1947 India continuously creates a state of Unrest in Indo-Pak
subcontinent. Indian Forces killed thousands (More Than 200000) Innocent
Kashmiri people who were demanding their Justified Right of Self Determination
since 1947 In Jammu & Kashmir.
To settle the Issue on
Request of India, UNO Security Council adopted Resolutions # 38, 39, 47, 51
of year 1948 and 80, 91, 96 of year 1950 and 98 of year 1952, These Resolutions
unanimously “Recommends to the
Governments of India and Pakistan
the following measures as those which in the opinion of the Security Council
are APPROPRIATE to
bring about a cessation of the fighting and
"TO
CREATE PROPER CONDITIONS FOR A FREE AND
IMPARTIAL PLEBISCITE TO DECIDE
WHETHER THE STATE
OF JAMMU AND KASHMIR IS TO ACCEDE
TO INDIA OR PAKISTAN."
It is a matter of deep concern, If UN Security Council has
ordered to hold Plebiscite in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Why Pakistan and
the World community is not Pressing India to come on Plebiscite in Jammu
and Kashmir ?
If people of Jammu & Kashmir are protesting for Freedom, Why
India Posing them as terrorist in the world and committing atrocities /
killings on protest of people of Kashmir
???.
Shame on world community that they are not listening the voice
of Kashmir, rather accepting Indian
false stance on rejecting of UNSC resolutions.
Why India not coming on table to manage Plebiscite in Jammu and Kashmir
(For Completion of 1947 Partition plan of India and peace in Sub Continent) to
honor UN Resolutions.
World Community must Force India to Stop further torturer /
killing / wounding / blinding the Kashmiri people and work for (arrange
Plebiscite) peace save 15 million Kashmiri residents in the Indo-Pak Region.
Help People of Kashmir for self determination.
