Very tragic and horrible train accident

Very tragic and horrible train accident ;;  
as train fallen in a large canal ;; causing several deaths;
our condolences to the families of Shaheed army men ;;
The cause of incident may be :- 
Terrorist activity by loosing / removing Fish plates of Railway-lines near canal Bridge ;;
Railway Bridge itself seem to be an old one ,may be pre-partition made in English regime;
It is greatness of our departments / ministries that they are looting / eating official / national funds and not using these funds on development of departments / nation, to avoid such tragic incidents ;;; which cost heavy loss of live

Websites of all Ministries / Departments and  Educational and other institutions must be  constructed as per International standards; .  These websites must contain all necessary pages / details about  department , including "Development programs" and  progress as is going "Feedback / Contact us" pages , for suggestions /  queries / information of end users / Public.  If some departments have made these pages they are not complete,  these Departments do not respond to these pages /  Queries and do not update their information.
