STATE BANK’S PRIZE
BOND DRAW
State Bank’s Prize Bond draw is the largest draw in
Pakistan.
Once I have a chance to see Draw of Prize Bonds on a TV Channel,,
It was astonishing for viewers that all procedure of national Draw was an
out-dated process.
Draw was carried out on out-dated Mechanical Manual
Machines.
Just for apparently satisfaction of people, the concerned
department has engaged deaf and dumb children for operation the So-Called
machines.
Draw does not seem a fair draw. There are reservations about these draws.
These draws are not transparent and acceptable to the people because the way of
holding Draws at your various offices are not fair.
It is suggested that:-
Since some of the draw contain heavy amount in 1st
and 2nd prizes and even in third prize for us normal Pakistanis. So
it requires special scrutiny / Inquiry of all draws by some other Reasonable departments other
than State bank officials i.e. FIA / NAB / IB etc. It is also suggested the representative of
above departments must be present at the time of each draw.
First Prize is always only one
in number and it can be carried out by
simply picking of Confidentially packed envelops of figures (0, 1,
2,3,4,5,,,,,,,, 9) in Six Boxes of
Transparent Glass (One Envelop from one box each) . In this way a six digital Prize bond number
can be achieve honestly.
Similarly 2nd
Prize of Prize Bonds can be drawn
as the above mentioned process and this process will not take a long time for
draw.
Third Prize being in a large number, may be processed on
authentic computerized machines operated honestly by deaf and dumb Children etc … These
Computerized machines must not be pre–programmed for required numbers.
I hope a special attention will be given on this matter.
