After the partition Indian Muslims from Punjab / Haryana / UP and
other Indian side who migrated to Pakistan in 1947, are not Mohajirs,
they are Legally / Willingly ''Migrants'' and Permanent Residents to
their own build Islamic home land Pakistan and not supposed to go back
to India never ever.
They were not Mohajirs as UNO define the mohajirs (Refugees), i.e. Afgan Mohajirs, because they have to go back to their home land.
It is worth mentioning that all Migrants / Mohajirs were settled only in the places / towns of all provinces which where vacated by Hindo / Sikhs who left the Pakistan simultaneously in 1947.
Not even a single Migrant was allotted any moveable or immoveable property which was owned by any Local Muslim at that time.
Now they are Pakistani not Mohajirs, Because they are living in all parts of Pakistan.
