ARMY COURTS ;;; PAKISTAN AT WAR
All Government, Army and all political leaders say that we are in state of
war against Terrorism by TTP (Taliban including their relating groups i.e.
LashKar e Jhangvi , Jindullah, Lashkar e Islam etc ) / Al-Qaida/ ISIS
(Daish) / BLA and MQM (Militant wing) and other terrorist groups . Our
forces are attacking / searching / arresting and bombing on these
Terrorists and their hide outs. Our brave army officers & Soldiers are
sacrificing their lives for the safety and security of country and people of
Pakistan.
Everybody is saying,
“ WE ARE IN STATE OF WAR ” . GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN
MUST OFFICIALLY DECLARE “ STATE OF WAR “
AGAINST TERRORISM.
If we are in state of war and Army, Air force and other security agencies
are fighting and are the part of this war. Our hidden enemy is attacking
and Killing the people of Pakistan and damaging defense and National
installations in the country.
That enemy TTP (Taliban including their relating groups i.e. LashKar e
Jhangvi , Jindullah, Lashkar e Islam etc ) / Al-Qaida/ ISIS (Daish) / BLA
and MQM (Militant wing) and other terrorist groups are bold enough
because they claim and accept these bomb blasts, killings and other
damages openly. Moreover these brutal activities cannot be carried out
without the help of their supporters / financiers / sympathizers /logistic
support providers present all over the country.
Whenever these Bomb blasts / Killings / School Blasts / target killings /
Bhatta (Ransom ) mafia / Daily Burning of Factories / attacks on GHQ /
Attack on APS School and a large number of causalities are observed
Pak Army / Rangers / Police and all other security agencies are called to
combat against this huge Terror.
In this way a state of war is created in the country. In the war there will
be killings of both sides and terrorists will be captured.
Being In the state of war these captured Terrorists (All Type ) should be
tried through Military courts as war criminals.
Simple formula should be applied for Military courts: - that
1. ::: Areas where Army / Rangers / Police and other security agencies
are doing operation simultaneously against TERRORISM / anti state
actors ,, these terrorists should be trailed through Army speedy courts as
per constitution of Pakistan ;;;
2. Where army is called officially by civilian Government as at the time of
operation on LAL MASJID in that cases no action should be taken against
the Army, Army all time save the state. ;; ;;;
