STATE  BANK’S  PRIZE  BOND  DRAW State Bank’s Prize Bond draw is the largest draw in Pakistan. Once I have a chance to see Draw of Prize Bonds on  a TV Channel,, It was astonishing for viewers that  all procedure of national Draw  was  an out-dated process. Draw was carried out on out-dated Mechanical Manual Machines. Just for apparently satisfaction of people, the concerned department has engaged deaf and dumb children for operation the So-Called machines.
