PHENOMENON OF TERRORISM;;  FOREIGN SPONSORED NON-STATE ACTORS’ ILLEGAL INSURGENCY ;; We see in the various countries specially in Muslim countries, a strange Phenomenon of Terrorism by foreign sponsored NON-STATE actors of special class / special mindset (often in minority in country).
